2. How do I customize my order?

To customize your order, simply send us an email with your customization details after placing your order. Please include:

  • The text you want engraved

  • Your preferred font style

  • Any design preferences or special instructions

  • If you would like a logo or custom image, attach it to the email

3. What is the typical processing and shipping time?

We usually process custom orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Australia: 3–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


4. Do you offer same-day delivery?

For certain items like personalized pens, we do offer same-day dispatch if the order is placed before 12 PM (AEST). Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.


5. Can I order in bulk for corporate events or weddings?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. We also provide special discounts for large quantities. Contact us at [your email address] for a custom quote.


6. What if I make a mistake in the customization details?

If you realize there is an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@customperfect.com.au.  If the item has not yet been engraved, we can make the necessary changes. Unfortunately, once the engraving process has started, modifications are not possible.


 

 

7. Can I see a preview of my design before engraving?

Yes, upon request, we can send you a digital mock-up of your design before engraving to ensure everything is perfect.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.


9. Can I request custom fonts or designs?

Absolutely! We support custom fonts, designs, and even logos. Simply upload your design during checkout or email us with your specifications.
