How to Personalize Your Pen

Enter engraving details (text, font, special requests, and your preferred pen color) in the personalization form above the “Add to cart” button.
Optional: Choose an engraving icon from our template options in the product image gallery above—just note the icon code (e.g., P01, P02, etc.). If you don’t want an icon, simply leave this blank or write “no icon.”
Want your own logo or image? After you place your order, email your file to support@customperfect.com.au with your order number.
Don’t have engraving details yet? No worries—complete your purchase, then email us your text, logo, or special requests later, quoting your order number.
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email listing all the engraving information you provided. If you have a logo or image to upload, simply reply to that confirmation email with your files attached.

To place your custom pen order, please follow these steps:

After completing your order, email us at support@customperfect.com.au.
In your email, include the text for the first line and, if needed, the second line.
If you want to include a logo or other graphic, attach it in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, CDR, or PDF.
Once we receive your information, we will create a preliminary design and send you an image for approval.
After receiving your approval, we will proceed with making your pens and dispatch them within 1-2 working days.
